ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Leah, the founder of The Living Threshold.
My journey to this work has been anything but ordinary, shaped by profound personal experiences that have taught me the importance of living fully while preparing for life’s inevitable transitions.
A few years ago, I faced one of the most challenging seasons of my life: in the span of a single year, I experienced the loss of nine loved ones. Grief became my constant companion, and in the process, I realised how unprepared we often are for the practical and emotional realities of death. These losses ignited a deep desire within me to help others navigate these transitions with grace and intention.
Amid this period of grief, I undertook a transformative journey on the Camino de Santiago. Before I left, I spent weeks clearing out my home, organising my affairs, and addressing emotional and physical clutter that had been weighing me down.
There was a profound sense of liberation in this process—a feeling of stepping into the unknown with clarity and lightness. Walking the Camino was a soul-stirring experience that deepened my connection to life’s sacredness and fragility. Each step was a reminder of the beauty of simplicity and the power of being present.

Today, as a bodyworker, spiritual counsellor, and funeral celebrant, I draw on these experiences to help others live boldly, love deeply, and prepare responsibly.
My mission is to create resources and spaces that empower people to embrace the thresholds of life with courage, humour, and heart.
Through The Living Threshold, I hope to inspire you to reflect on what truly matters, simplify your life, and create a legacy that brings peace to both you and your loved ones.
Let’s walk this path together.
